Q: Are your candles functional?
A: Our candles are primarily decorative, with optional LED inserts for safe, long-term use. Burning/lighting is possible but not recommended due to their size and intricate design. When a customer chooses to light/burn the product he should do so outside in a well ventilated area while respecting all local and federal fire restrictions.

Q: Can I customize a candle?
A: Yes! Contact us to discuss your vision, and our artisans will bring it to life.
Q: What about shipping?
A: We ship globally, with special packaging for our giant candles. Shipping costs vary by location (e.g., $320–$450 to the USA), and we offer free shipping on orders over $1,000.
Q: How are your candles made?
A: Each candle is meticulously designed by skilled artisans, taking 10–20 hours per design, inspired by ancient Thai techniques, myths and legends.
